Tämä yritys todella arvostaa asiakkaitaan!
Tilasin Purelo Hanasuodattimen, mutta sitä ei saanutkaan kiinni meidän keittiön hanaan. Tarkistin kyllä ennen tilausta, että hanan pään saa kierrettyä irti, mutta Hanasuodattimen mukana tuleva vakioadapteri oli liian lyhyt meidän hanaan. Meillä on sellainen modernisti muotoiltu suora hana, jossa suodatinpää on tuskin näkyvissä.
Laitoin sähköpostia ja muutaman kuvan yritykseen. He ratkaisivat heti ongelmani ja auttoivat minua hankkimaan pitemmän adapterin. Nyt Hanasuodatin on paikoillaan ja saan raikasta vettä.
Hanasuodatin on oikein kivan näköinen, jämäkkä ja laadukkaan tuntuista metallia. Hinta/laatu-suhde vaikuttaa erinomaiselta. Vipu on kevyt kääntää suodattamaan, kun haluaa juomavettä. Muuhun tarkoitukseen käy suodattamatonkin vesi. Vesi maistuu hyvälle.
Meillä on oma kaivo, jonka veden laatu vaihtelee vuoden mittaan. Pumppuhuoneessa on jo yksi suodatin, mutta ajoittain kaipaan toista.
